She brings extensive expertise in serving high-net-worth individuals, U.S. expatriates, US persons with ownership in foreign entities, and new immigrants. Her clients come from diverse professions, including teachers, attorneys, small business owners, doctors, financial providers and more. Prior to establishing her own practice in 2015, Brianna held key roles in the tax departments of international and regional public accounting firms in the US. Later, after she relocated to Shanghai, she led the U.S. expatriate tax practice at a foreign accounting firm’s Shanghai office. Known for simplifying complex tax regulations, Brianna ensures clients achieve optimal tax strategies while maintaining full compliance with U.S. tax laws, including international income tax and foreign asset reporting.
